If your team are happy at work, they will be more motivated, more creative, and more resilient during times of stress, change and uncertainty.

They will also perform better, take fewer sick days, have improved work relationships and are more likely to stay with your organisation.

It’s a simple equation: Greater staff wellbeing equals greater company success.

My Happy Workplace Programme teaches simple positive psychology habits which are scientifically proven to increase your team's happiness, wellbeing and resilience.

Juliette’s talk was very engaging. It was great to have so many people attend (one of the highest levels of attendance to date), and the interactive element made it all the more enjoyable for the listeners. She was great to work with and I hope to work with her again in the near future.
— Amelia Prosser, Comms & Engagement Manager, Legal and General
It was a great session and a wonderful opportunity to bring the team together and provide a fresh perspective on how to look at your work-self.
— Alice Goodin, Business Coverage Manager, Goldman Sachs
Juliette gave our audience new perspectives on the tasks they do at work, reminding them of how these align to their core values and drivers. She was a pleasure to work with in organizing the event, very quick to respond and clear in communication and requirements.
