Learn how to reframe challenges into opportunities, the value of having a growth mindset, and tools for becoming more resilient.

Week 5: Meaning.

Learn the difference between a job, a career, and a calling, and how to align your work with your core values to create a deeper sense of meaning about what you do.

Week 6: Relationships.

Learn the importance of ‘vital friends’, the different roles they play in your life, and how they can improve your engagement at work. 

How is it delivered?

The six part programme is a perfect fit for any workplace wellbeing initiative within your organisation.

It can be delivered as a series of weekly lunchtime or after hours sessions, or certain topics could be grouped together and delivered as a workshop, depending on the specific needs of your team. 

The programme can also be offered as one to one coaching to specific employees, either in person, on Skype or over the phone.
