In this introductory workshop, I’ll teach you about the foundations of positive psychology and why it can help you be more successful, and we’ll try out some practical happiness habits to help you start to reduce your stress, function more effectively and increase your overall wellbeing.

2. Unlock your strengths and make gains in your career

Understand what your strengths are, and how to use them to bring out your best self and help you succeed at work.

3. Learning to bounce back

Learn how to reframe challenges into opportunities, the value of having a growth mindset, and tools for becoming more resilient.

4. Positive relationships at work

Learn the importance of ‘vital friends’, the different roles they play in your life and career, and how they can improve your engagement at work. 

5. Do you have a job, a career or a calling?

Learn the difference between a job, a career, and a calling, and how to align your work with your core values to create a deeper sense of meaning about what you do

6. The power of positive thinking

Learn how to boost your performance and motivation with optimism, and when and where to use it to greatest effect.
