How is it delivered?
These workshops are a perfect fit for any staff development or workplace wellbeing programme within your organisation.
They can be delivered as standalone sessions, as series of weekly lunchtime or after hours sessions, or certain topics can be grouped together and delivered as a half or full training day, depending on the specific needs of your team.
